Erase Broken Hard Drives & Recycle
Obsolete and broken hard drives contain huge amounts of sensitive data that can easily be compromised in the hands of the wrong person.
WE DON'T JUST ERASE your broken hard drives:
- WE VIDEO from package opening through data elimination.
- Then we SEND YOU that VIDEO VERIFICATION via email for your records.
- Then your hard disk drive(s) is MANGLED (physically destroyed.)
- Then your hard disk drive(s) is RECYCLED.
- Our process meets or exceeds all Federal, State and local privacy legislation.
- ONE LOW PRICE! [Go To Prices]
Erasing obsolete and broken hard drives has never been more important. Career criminals know when they obtain a broken hard drive their efforts will most likely be rewarded well past the $1,200 or-so laboratory recovery fee.
Always erase broken hard drives correctly — ensuring data is not recoverable by any means. This includes erasing broken hard drives in machines which hold volumes of confidential information.
We look forward to the day when we will no longer need to explain:
A BROKEN HARD DRIVE DOES NOT MEAN UNRECOVERABLE DATA.
UNRECOVERABLE By Any Means:
Ours is the most complete data elimination (hard drive erase) known to man. The data cannot be recovered by ANY means.
Our equipment is specifically built to erase broken hard drives found in today's newer high coercive drives. Our “Data Eliminator” deqaussers can each degauss over 240 hard drives per hour. They totally erase all data on legacy disk drives or any of today's newer hard disk drives.
When handling any confidential data that requires absolute destruction, using multiple methods to destroy data is paramount. Absolute destruction is defined as the destruction of the media beyond recovery by any means. If using physical destruction methods, it has been calculated this would mean the media must be reduced to a particle diameter no greater than 1/250th of an inch, the size of a single 512 kb data block. Since that information was calculated, hard disk drives now pack considerably more data onto the same size particle and consequently must now be reduced to something considerably smaller. It is easy to see how physical destruction alone fails to meet the requirement of absolute destruction.
Proper degaussing is the most complete, reliable and safest method to completely and permanently eliminate data. For one low price we not only degauss the hard disk drive but then physically destroy and recycle it your hard drive(s). It doesn't get any more complete than this!
